Matcha is as Steeped green tea healthier?

Matcha has been around for centuries in Japan, but over the last couple of years has been increasingly popular in the West.
If you've tried, you've probably noticed the matcha that it comes from the high price tag, compared to the regular green tea. So is it worth spending the extra money?
Green tea for quite a bit of a studied and its antioxidants content and amino acid L-Theanine is primarily the responsibility of its health promoting properties. ECGC is assigned to the cancer and L-Theanine has been shown to help, in order to prevent the antioxidants to change the properties of a relaxation atmosphere.

Most people consume green tea leaves in hot water by steeping in a few minutes, however, matcha green tea is prepared in a different way. Matcha tea would involve slightly more concentrated levels for each of these components, especially those that should be soluble.

All in all, seems to be a healthier option matcha, mainly because it is a whole food. The people who do not enjoy the taste of green tea matcha likes better, because it is a rich, naturally, so the taste.
Only be sure of high quality matcha powder to get the most benefits and keep the matcha airtight container, such as air transport, quickly decomposes, it will buy. Matcha is also a way to find it in other products such as ice cream and coffee house specialty drinks in the West.
